  Complete renovation of showroom

  Steve did an amazing job of removing the old shower room and fully refitting a brand new shower room. Everything he did was of such a high standard and we put all our faith in him and his ability to advise us. His work covered plumbing, flooring, tiling, carpentry and painting. He was always very thorough and clean in his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone. We are already using him again for another plumbing job.

  Completely Replaced Old Ensuite

  This is our second bathroom that Steve has transformed for us. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result! He also sorted a number of things that we couldn’t see until the original bathroom was ripped out, and it’s given us peace of mind to know everything has been fitted to a high and safe standard now. He’s done a fantastic job!

  Steve as always did a fantastic job. He is so through and takes immense pride it what he does. Clean, honest and cares are the three words to sum up Steve. Having refitted our en-suite three years ago , Steve’s standards and workmanship have not dropped

  Bathroom refit

  We needed our main bathroom and en-suite refitted and Steve was recommended to us. Steve installed the bathroom really quickly, and has done a fantastic job - he's professional and friendly and our new bathroom looks amazing. He also sorted a number of issues that were behind the scenes and we weren't aware of. We also think his pricing is really reasonable for the exceptional quality of work.

  Bathroom refit

  I cant recommend SJS Property Maintenance highly enough! We needed our bathroom completely gutting and replacing as soon as possible due to two leaks coming through into our kitchen, and a baby due within a month. I was surprised just how quickly Steve got back to me in the first instance, and were lucky that he was able to fit us in before Christmas. Knowing nothing about bathroom refits, Steve was absolutely amazing at keeping us up to date, fixing all leaks and completely refitting the bathroom to the highest of standards in a short time. We couldn't be happier and can't thank him enough!
