10 UPVC Windows Repair

Excellent friendly service for window repair.
Window handle in kitchen had broken and had a couple of universal handles fitted which are easier for me as I have arthritis in my hands. Look neater too. It's good to find someone who wants to repair things rather than just sell you a new window ! Donald even fixed a soffit corner for me while he was here. Excellent service !Verified reviewerJob location: BH1210 Patio Doors Repair

A great repair service without paying for a whole new window.
2 new Universal handles fitted to windows. Deceuninck recommended installers to me but they were only interested in selling me new windows ! Mine are 8 years old and I'm told the design changed in 2024 meaning older spares are hard to source.Verified reviewerJob location: BH1210 UPVC Windows Repair

Friendly, professional & reasonably priced.
A friend recommended DME when I had a misted up window unit & a window that wouldn't close. Donald came out & quoted. He returned after a couple of weeks with a new glass unit, fitted it & replaced the worn out hinges on the other window. He was at pains to make sure everything was perfect & that i was completely satisfied with the job. Very friendly , professional service at a reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend DME.Verified reviewerJob location: BH2210 Windows and Doors

Various door and window repairs
Donald has carried out various door and window repairs for me in the past few weeks and with excellent results. He is very knowledgeable/professional and is happy to show and explain the source of the problem and what he is doing to fix it. I would not hesitate to recommend him - and Vanessa, of course, who deals with all administration and job booking in an equally efficient and professional manner.Verified reviewerJob location: BH21
