Rich came out to review the job and gave suggestions on what would work best for us. Owen came out to install and was so informative all the way through. Absolute pleasure to have in the house and I could even leave him to it while I went to work. Owen’s singing was an added bonus! Will also came to help out 2 of the days and was so polite and helpful. Kate in the office has been extremely helpful too. Every single person I have been in contact with have just been brilliant. Came quickly and declared our ancient boiler as dangerous then prioritised our young families needs. It was close to Christmas and they were busy but did a fantastic job to fit us in.
