Always and excellent service, from booking to completion
We've used Transgas on a number of occasions over the years, for carrying out work on our central heating system, and they've always provided an excellent service. The office staff are friendly and helpful when arranging appointments, communication is excellent, and the engineers have always arrived when expected. They are courteous, professional and take care to leave everything clean and tidy once the work is complete. The recent air conditioning service was carried out efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. Good and reliable company
Transgas are very helpful, always reply quickly and will try and arrange the work to be completed as soon as possible, working around your day where they can. Loss of Hot Water and Boiler Breakdown
The engineer arrived well in time for the booked slot which was very easy to organise with the company. He quickly found the problem why the boiler wasn’t working and did the annual service as well which was due. I have found all of Transgas engineers very amenable and do not waste time getting to work..They are all very experienced and offer a great service and are very competitive price wise. I use Transgas for all our plumbing and heating needs.Job location: TW12
