0 Plumber Removed Pipework Without Explanation and Refused to Rectify Without Further Payment
Posted 1 week ago
The plumber removed a section of pipework between the ball valve they had installed above the stop tap and the main water tank, preventing us from restoring the water supply to the tank. While in the loft, I noticed the missing pipe and asked if it was related to their work. Before leaving, the plumber advised us to restore the supply by opening the ball valve with a flat-head screwdriver and then turning the isolation tap below it. We only discovered the pipe had been removed when attempting this. The plumber also leaked oil onto our driveway and later insisted we would have to pay againVerified reviewerJob location: ME8Lockstock Double Glazing Repairs Kent
