  Prompt arrival, quick work, honest but not pushy

  Engineer called to say he could come early, and turned up promptly. Work was carried out quickly. He pointed out an occasional issue I have been experiencing, indicated that a part probably needed replacing, but was not pushy. He said he would get the company to send a quote for the work, and agreed that I could monitor the situation, before deciding whether to go ahead.
