  Ok work, but still waiting for a partial refund.

  Responded V quick to the original ask and gave a reasonable quote. Job was done OK, though the bird protection left the tiles sitting a bit higher than I think they should be, and wind on that side of the house started being able to get underneath and cool the roof and room down (in attic conversion). Said they would come back and look but never did. Snapped the arm off our satellite dish and attempted to cover it up, rather than own up immediately, lodged loosely back on. I had to pay for a replacement and asked for half. Said they would pay and then just ghosted, thus the low review score.
