  Fully paid but job remains unfinished

  Reluctantly resorting to a review as attempts to resolve this amicably have sadly failed. Sent a sub-contractor who could only do half the job as parts were needed. Said he would come back once we had the parts. I asked for help in ordering them as the company couldn't understand what was needed. Both Beech Tree and the sub-contractor have ghosted me ever since. Simple job that has taken me hours of chasing and my wife stress as the back doors still won't lock. Seemed like a nice guy so disappointed it's come to this.
