  Perfect front and back door

Came to measure up and quote promptly Listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. The work was carried out to a veryyy high standard and a very reasonable price Would 1000% recommend.

  Bifold Doors Repair

Fully paid but job remains unfinished

Reluctantly resorting to a review as attempts to resolve this amicably have sadly failed. Sent a sub-contractor who could only do half the job as parts were needed. Said he would come back once we had the parts. I asked for help in ordering them as the company couldn't understand what was needed. Both Beech Tree and the sub-contractor have ghosted me ever since. Simple job that has taken me hours of chasing and my wife stress as the back doors still won't lock. Seemed like a nice guy so disappointed it's come to this.

  Response from Beech Tree Projects

We are disappointed by this review as we do not feel it accurately reflects the work agreed. Our quote was to rectify doors poorly fitted by another installer, including realigning, sealing, trimming and toe&heeling them. All quoted works were completed in full and within the agreed price. The locking mechanism was not included in our quote and would have required labour and cost. Payment for the completed work was also delayed due to the customer going on holiday. We are sorry this has resulted in a negative review, but additional work cannot reasonably be expected within the original price.

  Composite and window

James and the team fit a composite and side window for us. From start to finish the work and communication was amazing. James really knew the products and what he was talking about. We are over the moon with the works completed and will definitely get James and the team back.
