  Velux window, boarding loft floor, installing loft ladder

  Mark carried out the installation of our VL Lux window, including the ladder fitting, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived very early, was perfectly on time, and remained professional throughout the entire job. His workmanship was careful, precise, and clearly done with pride. Mark and his colleague Rob went above and beyond by kindly adjusting our front door and trimming an internal door — tasks they didn’t need to do, but still did without hesitation.
