  machine not draining and giving electric shocks

  Paul from T&J Appliances was brilliant from start to finish. He was able to come to the job on the same day and kept me updated as to when he would arrive. He was really friendly and professional and talked through everything he was doing to keep me in the loop. I really appreciated this; I don't have much knowledge about repairs but anything I didn't understand, he explained to me, nothing was too much trouble. My machine had been giving small electric shocks and Paul checked every possible cause. In the end it looked like I would need a new machine (he also gave me lots of hekpful advice about this) but since Paul's visit the shocks have stopped so whatever was causing it must've been resolved during the checks. It took quite a while to check everything thoroughly but it still only cost the call out fee so I'm super happy with that. I'm really impressed with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company/Paul again; would highly recommend 👌🏻

  fixing of broken washing machine door lock

  We received a brilliant service from start to finish. Jay was really friendly, helpful and pleasant to correspond with. He said what day he was available and stuck to it. He said he would contact me the day before to advise a time window and he did. He arrived within that time window as promised and carried out a great repair. He had brought the part with him so he was able to fix it straight away rather than have to return. He was friendly and polite throughout, a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend.
