  We engaged Ben to carry out a level 3 building survey on a house we’re looking to buy. Ben went above and beyond to work to our short timelines, turning around a comprehensive report across the weekend for us. The report was clear with detailed recommended next steps, all costed and with accompanying photos. Ariel photos of the roof were also included via a drone which was really helpful. Throughout Ben was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

  We contracted David and the team to carry out an asbestos management review on a house we’re purchasing. David was very professional, responsive and clear throughout, including taking the time to talk through results over the phone and introduce us to recommended vetted contractors to carry out remedial works, which was greatly appreciated.
