  Instructed Element surveyors to provide their professional opinion about causation of repeated leaks in a block of flats. Ben was prompt with his communication, attended the property at the arranged time and carried out a thorough inspection. He provided an impartial opinion in a report which was produced shortly afterwards, would recommend.

  RICS level 3 survey for new house

  I wanted to get a full survey done for our new house, as we plan to knock through some walls. I contacted Ben, who promptly gave us his availability and clearly listed what would be included. He was friendly, clear and liaised directly with the property agents to arrange the survey. After the survey we got a summary within a could have days, then the full survey a week later. The survey was clear and thorough. I also asked for some additional photos which Ben kindly shared. We were happy with Ben and would recommend him.

  Level 3 Homebuyers survey

  Ben was fantastic from start to finish. With an already busy schedule and annual leave looming, Ben understood we needed a survey completed in a short space of time and went over and above to fit us in. The survey report was detailed and provided us with a plefora of information prior to moving into our new home. Overall, Ben delivered an efficient, reliable service and was friendly and approachable throughout. Would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

  RICS Level 3 Survey

  Ben carried out a RICS Level 3 Survey of a detached property we are in process of purchasing and was excellent throughout the process. He took onboard our specific focus areas and completed a thorough report in good time. He was courteous enough to send us an initial email of the key findings ahead of sending the full report which was much appreciated. Highly recommend
