  Great communication and reliable service

  I used this fitter to replace six bathroom floor tiles that had been damaged. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. The communication throughout the job was excellent; he kept me updated the entire time and raised any issues as they came across them. He also checked in with me several times during the fitting to ensure the work was exactly how I wanted it. My only minor critique is that he could have been slightly more careful with the glue and the final cleanup, but the standard of work was high. I would happily use him again.

  Corrected the issue, but caused property damage

  I have mixed feelings. They fitted a new shower thermostatic mixer, which works perfectly. However, the care taken with my home was lacking. When moving the shower enclosure, they didn't protect the floor, leaving deep scratches across 6 tiles. While fixing the original leak, they also warped the shower door, causing a new leak. I had to get the tiles replaced. To their credit, they paid for this, but only after I escalated the issue to Checkatrade. The plumbing was fine, but the property damage and hassle to get it sorted means I wouldn't recommend them.
