  Unprofessional Service leading to Extra Cost and disappointment!

  I wanted to follow up regarding the work John from Veritas did for me recently. While I initially left positive feedback, I'm now very disappointed. He changed me £120 for what turned out to be rather sloppy job! He left items like a stanley knife, gloves and even big a large rubbish bag in my gutter, which is completely unacceptable! This not only caused the issue to persist but also led me to incur additional costs after hiring another company to fix the problem. Please could you address this issue as it's certainly not the level of service I expected.
