  Plumber was very helpful and communicative, came to remove two radiators and some other fixtures and cap off beneath floorboards. Quality of the work was great but was slightly shocked at the bill at the end

  First time buyer just moved into new flat. Joe made me feel at ease, didn’t know the slightest about locks so explained his recommendation. Told me fee up front, got the exactly when planned, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Total recommendation
