  Replacement wooden floor beams and floor boards

  During the course of initial work being carried out a problem involving the floor caame to light, Once the orginal work was completed JDP and I discussed the possib;e cause of the problem. JDP carried out investigation, we agreed a daily rate, in order to make an accurate assessment of the problem before giving a price for the job. This was useful as it meant a price could be worked out including materials and labour before undertaking any work. Once this was done I was able to agree the price and materials were odered ready to start the work. Completed within the agreed timescale.
