  Reliable workmanship

This company has carried out several internal jobs for me and has now recently completed outside work hacking off blown plaster, treating wall ,replastering and pebble dashing. All work was fully discussed before starting, a price given and a timescale agreed. All work was carried out to the prior agreement and workmen were efficient and cleared away rumble and other debris as they went along. This company is reliable and approachable.

Damp proofing and full living room renovation, the best decision I made

Jon was the first person who gave me real confidence, with clear pricing, a timetable and the ability to take on everything. The team damp proofed and fully replastered my living room, restored a Victorian fireplace and alcoves, replaced an artex ceiling and a rotten lintel, and rescued a badly damaged wall. The result is stunning, with exceptional attention to every detail. While I was away Jon sent daily updates and planned around me to minimise disruption. Pricing was transparent and fair. An outstanding team and the best decision I made. Before and after photos included.

A very professional experience! Jon was excellent in his prompt response to my issues and offered a number of solutions. Work was reasonably priced and carried out to a high standard and backed by a guarantee. Very clean and tidy and good communication. I am really happy to recommend JDP Plastering as a reliable and professional tradesman to address any damp issues.

Replacement wooden floor beams and floor boards

During the course of initial work being carried out a problem involving the floor caame to light, Once the orginal work was completed JDP and I discussed the possib;e cause of the problem. JDP carried out investigation, we agreed a daily rate, in order to make an accurate assessment of the problem before giving a price for the job. This was useful as it meant a price could be worked out including materials and labour before undertaking any work. Once this was done I was able to agree the price and materials were odered ready to start the work. Completed within the agreed timescale.
