  End of Tenancy Cleaning

  There were some issues with communication and the job was not completed to a professional standard. There were places left uncleaned: shower and bath drains, upper shelves and light fittings. They did not have a step ladder or anything to reach those areas. After complaining about the issue they told me that they had sent an email telling me that they needed to charge more to finish the job but I didn’t get any email neither was informed about the issue when they left the property. Then, they offered to go back to finish cleaning but I had already returned the keys so was not possible
