Fast and effective
Hired PCS for an end of tenancy cleaning. Very fast and effective, they cleaned 75 sq m unfurnished flat in 3 hours, top to bottom. The landlord's agent was satisfied and did not deduct anything from the deposit. End of Tenancy Cleaning
There were some issues with communication and the job was not completed to a professional standard. There were places left uncleaned: shower and bath drains, upper shelves and light fittings. They did not have a step ladder or anything to reach those areas. After complaining about the issue they told me that they had sent an email telling me that they needed to charge more to finish the job but I didn’t get any email neither was informed about the issue when they left the property. Hello Sandra, Thank you for your review. However as explained to you on the day, we would cover the most important parts to ensure your deposit was returned as you had a very large amount of animal fur all over the property that had been there for a long time and took 2 hours to clean alone. This could be a charge to you as the next tenants could have allergies. The staff only carry steps rather than a 5 foot ladder, this would need to be provided should you have very high areas. The dust on the lights and shelves were omissions and no animal fur was found. Your deposit was returned.

Best cleaning company
I used this cleaning company to clean when I was moving out of my house, I am so impressed with the way they left my old house looking brand new, all dust was gone and taps were left shining. This company did such a professional job. Booking with them was very easy and straightforward, their communication was good, and their cleaning was perfect. Top notch cleaning
