  Structural survey of front of property.

  Mike was great. He travelled to survey my home on a Saturday afternoon. He explained his findings well and set a price expectation for the much needed work. He even was able to recommend a good builder who in turn did an excellent job.

  Felt Roof replacement

  John and his team were fantastic. John is super polite. I explained what I believed I wanted, I asked John what he thought and he explained everything that was needed. I fit bathrooms and am well aware, that until the initial layers are lifted, we can't know what is underneath. After the team took up the old felt and damaged flashing, they showed me the other issues with the tiled part of the roof and provided another estimate for the extra work. They sent me lots of photos and videos, their work was fast and of a very high standard and the estimate was accurate and reasonable. Great job.
