I contacted Faulkner Surveyors on Thursday and explained we required a structural report for 3 areas of our house to aid our sale. Michael arrived the following Monday afternoon (on a bank holiday) and was helpful, experienced, knowledgeable and put our minds around ease. He then went away and sent us the report we required 4hrs later. Excellent service, extremely friendly and helpful. Structural survey of front of property.
Mike was great. He travelled to survey my home on a Saturday afternoon. He explained his findings well and set a price expectation for the much needed work. Survey of loft load capacity for water tank
Mike contacted me very quickly after reaching out on Checkatrade about loft capacity survey for a house we were purchasing and liaised directly with estate agent to book in. He is clearly very experienced and was highly knowledgeable about the type of issue we were asking to survey. Not only did he provide an excellent and thorough report, providing us with a quote for work and the reassurance we needed, but he even offered to informally check some other areas of the house we were concerned at no cost.
