  Had a weathered pipe. Straight forward to get booked in, all repairs requested have been done and no issues since. Friendly staff.

  Had an initial assessment that was no charge. I had an intermittent issue with my shower. L&W gave me a quote to hold onto in case the work needed completing. My issue occurred again and L&W came out to fix prompty. No issues since. Friendly, helpful, answered my questions.
