  Martin was excellent in diagnosing and fixing a damp issue in our kitchen for us. He was quick to respond, fairly priced and came out the following week. He kept us informed throughout and left everything tidy. We are very satisfied with the finish and would recommend Martin and Refresh Property to anyone.

  Gas Fire Service

  We contacted Wakeford Fireplaces after struggling to find anyone who could service our gas fire, and Adam and Clare could not have been more helpful. They arranged for a gas fitter to visit very quickly, and Andrew serviced the fire efficiently and professionally. The whole process was straightforward, and the price was very reasonable. We’d happily use this local company again and would definitely recommend them to others.

  New internal pine doors and trimming

  Neil installed two new internal pine doors and trimmed four others for us. He was very quick to quote and came round promptly. He provided good quality materials, got on with the work efficiently & enthusiastically and made sure we were happy once he'd finished. If you're looking for a hard-working carpenter - you can't go wrong with Neil. Highly recommended.
