  A truly terrible company to deal with. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. To begin with, the plumber arrived over two hours later than the promised time window, which was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of consistency and transparency. Before booking, I was assured by a member of staff, Charlotte, that this type of work was something the company handles regularly and that it would most likely take around one hour, with a maximum of 1.5 hours.
