  Jake disconnected my alarm from the phone line and also isolated it from the mains supply so I could remove it myself safely. Whilst this wasn’t the most complicated of jobs (for an electrician) I was not confident doing it myself and risking being left without a phone line/broadband connection. The job was carried out on Monday morning, after posting an enquiry through Checkatrade on Sunday evening. Excellent service.
