    Jake initially visited on a consultation basis and I felt confident that a new and more modern alarm system was the way forward. The installation was booked in for a week later. Charlie was very polite, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Jake explained the new alarm system functionality thoroughly. I love that I can now manage my alarm remotely from my mobile phone too! Both Charlie and Jake were a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Complete Electrical & Security for any sort of electrical work or security system advice/installation.
