  Mr Plummer was clear and helpful and kind. He explained clearly to this complete ignoramus what to do to at the fusebox whilst waiting for him to arrive. He came the same day - even earlier than he had promised. Fixed the issue in no time at all. Will definitely use his services again! And have recommended him to the family for future use too.
