  Communication was clear and prompt. He did not however, let me know that he was not VAT registered. For transparency that should be included. Nik arrived on time, he was polite although he made few sexist comment, for example "be a good girl" He left mess behind where I would expect him to arrive with his cleaning tools and floor protection equipment. He also didn't skim coat the walls after drilling new holes.
