  Friendly service, but not a good experience

  We really wanted this to work because Niel seemed like a really nice person. Unfortunately, after loads of delays due to illness, hospital, van issues, holiday and family illness, the dishwasher was still installed incorrectly. We paid an extra £60 on top of the original £160 for him to return and fix it. On that visit he left without reconnecting our washing machine hose, flooding our kitchen and making us miss my fiancé’s birthday meal. We had to reconnect it ourselves using his instructions. Despite this, we were chased for payment within 24 hours while dealing with our own emergency.
