However, Neil the plumber was out within the hour. He was a really lovely guy and so helpful. The problem was sorted with no fuss. Would highly recommend this company.

He was very open and honest about the call out charge, hourly rate and what that covered. He quickly identified the fault as a poorly sealed shower tray and returned the next day to reseal. He also helped us with our low water pressure. Would use Neil again for any water related issues.
