  Great service and reliable plumber

  Neil recently installed a new toilet and sink for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. He was professional, reliable, and completed the work to a high standard. Everything was fitted neatly, and he took the time to clean up thoroughly once the job was finished. Great workmanship, excellent attention to detail, and a genuinely friendly service. I would happily recommend Neil to anyone looking for a plumber. 5/5 would definitely use again.

  Friendly, professional and went above and beyond

  I had a really positive experience with Mclean Water Services Ltd. From start to finish, Neil was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fully fixed and completed to a very high standard. As a woman home alone during the visit, I felt completely comfortable and at ease the entire time. He was respectful, approachable and genuinely nice to deal with. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and nothing felt rushed. Highly recommend!

  First class job

  We have just had a kitchen mixer tap replaced, the guy who came out did a great job. From the moment of looking for the right tradesperson, this Company were the first to offer assistance, not a bit pushy looking for the work but waited for us to contact them. Would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend this Company.

  I would highly recommend Neil for plumbing work. He was quick to respond to the job. He kept in contact with me with regards to the appointment. Turned up on time and done a great job on a very problematic blockage. He completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Really reasonable too.
