  I am absolutely delighted with the new oak bannister fitted by Tim from TWS Carpentry. From start to finish, the workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a high-quality finish throughout. The oak bannister has completely transformed the look of our staircase and has exceeded our expectations. Tim and his associate Sam were professional, reliable, tidy, and clearly took great pride in their work.
