  Lovely lads. They did 7 doors. Supplied everything and took all the old doors away. Left everywhere tidy, I’m delighted with their work. Definitely use them again

  Tim & Sam were fantastic. They have hung 11 fire doors & added all the doors handles etc.. their attention to detail is perfect & communication was great. Really pleased & will be using them again. Definitely recommend these guys.

  Disappointed

  Tim and his team did a revamp of my hall stairs landing, which still needs some finishing touches to complete the job! This is still ongoing since beginning of April! Most of the jobs are good but I am disappointed with the lack of communication and saying he has ordered parts when I’m still waiting since 29 May ( the last time he has communicated) I don’t have very much faith in any after sales service from this company

  My client has every right to leave this review. A metal newel cap needed to be made to fit over the top newel post as it’s not something we could get off the shelf. I have been really messed around by the company who were meant to make this for me. I have reached out tot the customer regarding this and we hope to get this sorted and complete asap. There was a small payment left to pay on this job which I have not asked for to make amends to get these small bits finished which I intend to do asap.

  I am absolutely delighted with the new oak bannister fitted by Tim from TWS Carpentry. From start to finish, the workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a high-quality finish throughout. The oak bannister has completely transformed the look of our staircase and has exceeded our expectations. Tim and his associate Sam were professional, reliable, tidy, and clearly took great pride in their work. We were kept informed throughout the job and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend TWS Carpentry.

  Great work

  We had laminate flooring supplied and fitted by Tim and his team, their attention to detail is great, they also made and fitted a bespoke under stairs unit, again attention to detail is excellent, we’re very pleased with the work done,so much so we have booked him again for some more work, we would definitely recommend.

  Great price, even better workmanship, highly recommended.

  Great communication throughout, very efficient, high quality work and a great price. No messing about. Not one thing to complain about. Would highly recommend this company any Carpentry. I’m already planning the next project with them.
