  I feel compelled to share my experience with this company. I called them for several issues: I had hot water, no heating, and a visible leak in my central heating system. Unfortunately, the service was unsatisfactory. The plumber, claiming to be gas safe, charged £300 but left without fixing the leak or the heating. As a woman and new property owner, I felt taken advantage of during this process. Seeking a second opinion, a new engineer promptly identified the leak within 20 seconds and charged £200 for the repair. This highlights the need for second opinions.
