Illan (forgive me for the poor spelling) was brilliant. He came within the hour and, because he was already local, didn't charge me extra for the emergency call out. He explained everything he did and what my options were. He even resolved an issue he saw unrelated to the leak in the sink! Brilliant guy, super professional, and really polite! Cannot recommend him enough!Job location: NG12
