  Absolutely above and beyond,

  No hesitation in recommending Tom to anyone. When Tom installed the new toilet yesterday, he realised the supplier had provided the wrong size (though packaging said it was correct!) so had to dismantle everything, return the item, order, obtain (and check) the correct one, then come back today and fit it.
