  Expensive Call-Out, not fixed the issue

  I was extremely disappointed with the service. I was charged £200. When the plumber left, the toilet couldn’t be flushed, leaving me without a working toilet. What was most frustrating was the lack of commitment to return and fix the problem. Rather than providing a clear plan to resolve the issue, I was left having to find another plumber. I understand that not every repair goes to plan, but charging a significant amount without fixing the problem and then leaving the customer to arrange someone else is unacceptable. Unfortunately can’t recommend this service.
