  Radiator Installation

  Updated Radiators

Jordan (and mate) updated all 8 radiators from single panel ones to nice new double panel ones. My timeframe was limited due to being messed around and the fact that we are a working household (like so many) and this appeared to be an issue but not for Jordan. He has some issues arise but his communication was spot on and we worked out times we were both available and he came around, provided me 2 prices and used his professional opinion to ensure that I got the best for what I needed. With regards to the job, Jordan (and his mate) were brilliant! They were there to do a job but they were also very respectful of our home and the family (I have 2 children and 2 cats one of which is recovering from surgery) they were conscientious from start to finish. Their work is spot on. We are extremely happy with Jordan and the service he has provided. We have even began discussing future works works. Thanks Jordan!

  Toilet unblocking

Jordan contacted me quickly to arrange to do the job, he communicated well about his expected time of attendance when he was running a little late, he was very knowledgeable and sorted the issue quickly, making sure he cleared up after himself. He even did a couple of extra little jobs within the hour. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again!

Bath had wooden panels and Jordan looked online to see how to remove them to fix them

leak was to bath plughole. Sent photos to Jordan of type of bath panels and he looked at online tutorial and said he could do it. However, they weren't as easy to remove and he thought but he had another go and finished the job, tested that bathdidn't leak, cleared up and showed me bath with panels put back perfectly. Would recommend and have asked him to be my future 'go to' plumber and sent him a thank you message next day

Expensive Call-Out, not fixed the issue

I was extremely disappointed with the service. I was charged £200. When the plumber left, the toilet couldn’t be flushed, leaving me without a working toilet. What was most frustrating was the lack of commitment to return and fix the problem. Rather than providing a clear plan to resolve the issue, I was left having to find another plumber. I understand that not every repair goes to plan, but charging a significant amount without fixing the problem and then leaving the customer to arrange someone else is unacceptable. Unfortunately can’t recommend this service.

  Radiator replacement

Jason was punctual, polite, tidy and finished the job to our entire satisfaction, (and the dog liked him too, no higher praise than that!).
