  Root removal and patching drain pipe

  Matt and co arrived promptly as arranged, cleared the roots in our drain and retrieved my list drain rod which was properly stuck. After discussing it he gave two excellent pieces of advice. 1 is that we didn't need to take the tree down, it doesn't affect root intrusion 2 is to patch the drain to prevent further incursions by any other plant, which he was able to do straight away. Both men were courteous and helpful and didn't push the repair option too hard. It was a no-brainer. They also left a comprehensive report the following day.
