  Karim carried out a structural survey on a property we are buying and provided an excellent service from start to finish. The report was detailed, well presented and easy to follow, with clear explanations of the structural issues, recommendations for further investigations and estimated remedial costs. Communication was prompt and professional throughout, and the report has been extremely valuable in helping us understand the true condition of the property before making a final decision.
