  Needed a new EICR as the current one ran out next month

  I am a new landlord and was worried about getting a new EICR because I read a lot of stories from landlords being charged for work they believed they did not need. I can safely say these guys were fantastic. I got to watch what they did, which gave me experience. They were very polite and very good, and they communicated with me leading up to the job. If I ever need an electrician in the North East, these are the guys I will be calling.

  Gas boiler service and certificate

  I needed the boiler serviced and a new CP12 issued these guys were great. They let me know what time they would be here and even phoned me half hour before they arrived . Yes I would use the service again and it will be the first number I ring if anything goes wrong in the mean time
