Needed a new EICR as the current one ran out next month
I am a new landlord and was worried about getting a new EICR because I read a lot of stories from landlords being charged for work they believed they did not need. I can safely say these guys were fantastic. I got to watch what they did, which gave me experience. They were very polite and very good, and they communicated with me leading up to the job. Socket and light fitting

We would have no hesitation using this company again!
The friendly and professional team carried out a full house rewire with very little damage. Much less than we expected. All the flooring was refitted completely to a professional standard and rubbish was removed. The whole process was easier than we expected and we were kept informed at every stage. Fantastic work and super reliable
