  They visited promptly, assessed the job, advised on the procedure and provided a written quotation which I accepted. I had other quotes and other options which could have been marginally cheaper but I chose RJC because after the visit and the discussion I had confidence in their expertise and comprehensive service. I was not disappointed. They arrived on time on the day arranged and were fully equipped and manned for the job which they completed very quickly and efficiently. The area was left clean and tidy with little evidence of any disturbance at all even though it had looked like an earthquake zone before as excavation had been started and unfortunately abandoned due to the apparent complications of the job; Complications which turned out to be not at all a problem for RJC. Moral - consult the experts. I can recommend RJC.
