  Leaky hot water pipe affected a downstairs flat. KSM came out on a Saturday roughly 24 hours after being contacted. Identified problem and fixed it in under an hour with minimum fuss. £72 call out fee. Would use again.

  Carter's quoted and offered to do the work before the other firms had managed to inspect the site and quote. Hallway lights quickly replaced and they returned to replace a defective motion sensor at no extra charge. Cost £360. Light switch rewired, socket replaced, kitchen extractor fan installed. Cost £570. Electrical consumer unit replaced two weeks later. Cost £900. New safety certificate issued. Cost £180. Would hire again.
