  We had a damaged wire to sort out.

  Chris came pretty quickly after he got in touch about the job. He sorted out the problem and replaced the damaged wire and, while on the job, he also fixed a light fixture problem at very little extra charge. The work overall was pretty good. However the wall plaster had to be cut out in order to access the wire. But Chris put a plastic cable mask/box over the wire to protect it. While it doesn't look pretty, it is practical.

  Cat flap

  Came to measure the door where to fit the cat flap to. We confirmed the quote, which was really affordable, much cheaper than other quotes we got. They came back with the panel with the cat flap already fitted in, and just swapped the glass door panel with the PVC prepared panel. This was a really quick job, literally 5-7 minutes. Great job and very happy with their work. The cats got used to the cat flap after a few days. We had the flap installed for over a month now and we didn't have any issues with it, no issues with the panel either so far, and it fits the door perfectly. Great job!

  Toilet replacement and blockage sorted

  Jamie arrived early in the morning as per texts with him. He replaced our old toilet with the new one we bought. Also, as it turned out, the blockage which caused the old toilet not to flush properly was caused by a pipe which wasn't installed properly in the past. Overall, great work and he found out what caused all these issues, and we had a new toilet installed, all at a reasonable price.
