  Joe performed the annual service for our boiler. He found a problem with the heat exchanger that was rippled. Joe helped me with the call to Worcester explaining the problem to their engineer. We scheduled the Worcester engineer visit during which the heat exchanger was replaced. Joe is very friendly and polite and left the place very tidy.

  Martin showed up on time and performed the annual service for our boiler. He noticed a small leak with the pump. We discussed the issue and I agreed to install a new pump. Martin is very friendly and polite and left the place very tidy.
