10 Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair

Knowledgeable and helpful
Joe performed the annual service for our boiler. He found a problem with the heat exchanger that was rippled. Joe helped me with the call to Worcester explaining the problem to their engineer. We scheduled the Worcester engineer visit during which the heat exchanger was replaced. I have used Mason plumbing & heating many times, and Peter and Joe always do a great job! Joe came to replace my leaking toilet in December and completed a full boiler service in January. He was super-efficient, worked diligently, showed excellent attention to detail and was respectful of my property, completing the work to a very high standard. Mason Plumbing & Heating recently came to carry out the annual service on our gas boiler. Joe arrived punctually and carried out the work in a very timely and professional manner. He fully checked the system, including the gas supply, and also made a minor repair to a troublesome radiator valve. Joe of Mason Plumbing & Heating recently carried out a tricky job in finding out what was wrong with my shower . He eventually established it was the shower piump that was malfunctioning and the job was completed much to my satisfaction polite, friendly and punctual Joe did an excellent job and l was very happy with ., not only the job, but how he went about it.! Boiler stripped down with noisy fan replaced due toage of boiler
