Knowledgeable and helpful
Joe performed the annual service for our boiler. He found a problem with the heat exchanger that was rippled. Joe helped me with the call to Worcester explaining the problem to their engineer. We scheduled the Worcester engineer visit during which the heat exchanger was replaced. I have used Mason plumbing & heating many times, and Peter and Joe always do a great job! Joe came to replace my leaking toilet in December and completed a full boiler service in January. He was super-efficient, worked diligently, showed excellent attention to detail and was respectful of my property, completing the work to a very high standard. Mason Plumbing & Heating recently came to carry out the annual service on our gas boiler. Joe arrived punctually and carried out the work in a very timely and professional manner. He fully checked the system, including the gas supply, and also made a minor repair to a troublesome radiator valve.
