  Extremely unhappy

  Initially the communication was good, however after buying 2 faulty second hands parts and charging me for a callout fee for the initial diagnostic (didn't mind as this was expected), however was asked to pay an additional fee due to the time spend installing the faulty replacement parts. The issue still isn't resolved and MD Mechanics is not responding to any messages through Checkatrade or via text message directly. Extremely unhappy with the work as I have paid a significant amount for no resolution and this is over an extended period.

  Craig was polite, friendly and very efficient. Quoted up very quickly and installed the shower within 48 hours of getting in touch. Extremely happy with the work done and would recommend.

  David from D.E.L Plastering was clear with his timings, polite and the quote was competitive. Work was done to a high standard however the tidy up wasn't as good as it could've been with plaster residue on the front door, the floor and the unit we had in the porch.

  Lee and his team did a great job replacing our flat porch roof and quickly updated a quote when it turned out the roof was in a worse state than initially known. Work was completed quickly and efficiently but to a high standard. The only downside was the team started quite early considering the noise without explicitly informing us of the time they were starting. Other than that, would recommend.

  Alex was very prompt and honest when reviewing initially. A second visit was required which was organised quickly and the work carried out was of a high standard. Alex was very courteous and polite, and removed his shoes when entering the house without the need to be asked. Alex also tidied up afterwards. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

  Extremely happy with the service provided. A free quote was given with plenty of communication. Workman was very friendly and considerate; wearing overcovers on his shoes. Job was done quickly, but to a high standard at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend and any future work required would not hesitate to use MC Window Repairs again.
