  ghosted phone calls after failure to arrive to do job

  I organised for catalin mechanics to look at the vehicle to check and validate work required on the car, which did, then he agreed to carry out the work, which would take 4 to 5 hours. We booked the date after i had purchased the parts and notified him. I received a text message stating he would be at mine by 10.30 in the morning. He failed to arrive. I messaged him, no response, so i called him, and the phone went to voice mail, i called 2 hours later and he switched the phone off, so directly to voice mail. So he ghosted me. It's obviously cost me a week in time and now has wasted a day off

  posted job to replace oven fan, they responded that they were interested in the job, then never contacted me

  posted the job with full details, they responded that they were interested. It was just replacing an oven fan, then emailed me 4 hours later to say they don't repair Neff ovens.

  Mirror fitted in bathroom and all electrics tested including main board. Dealt with problem left by other electrician.

  I was really pleased about the approach. They did not try and sell work which doesn't need doing. Very polite and very professional. Excellent service for a London business. Their communications skills are also top class. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.
