  Have used LW Gas for several years now and they provide brilliant customer service. Ken always services my gas boiler and gas fire and is always happy to explain anything if I ask. It's so good these days to know that great customer service is always provided.

  Ken installed a new Hive thermostat for me which I'm really pleased with as I can manage it remotely if I choose to and I've connected to my Amazon account so I can use Alexa to turn the heating on and off (what a novelty)! Ken, as always, was friendly, clean and tidy and explained everything clearly. Thanks, as always, Ken and LWG :-)

  As always, LW Gas (Ken) did a fantastic job servicing my boiler and fire. He didn't mind me asking questions about the process or that I wanted to see how the fire worked. Have now used LW for several years, have referred them to a friend and she is also very pleased with their level of service. Wouldn't use anyone else.

  Paul was very efficient and explained what he was doing all the way through and then took plenty of time to help me understand how the system worked and how to install relevant software. He is very knowledgeable, patient and considerate whilst on and in the property. I have no hesitation in recommending him for his work, efficiency and courtesy.

  Re-pointing of roof

  Right from the start Andy was communicative, quick to ring me back, quick to come and survey the work and provide a quote. He kept me in the picture with regular updates about exactly when the scaffolding would be erected and when the job would be done. He turned up when he said he would, was pleasant and during the work explained exactly what he had to do and what state the roof was in and how it would be done. He made sure I had regular opportunities to see what he was doing so I understood everything. I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family. Great job.

  Boiler serviced and dripping overflow fixed.

  Everything about the service I received was great. Answering calls, ringing me back, quickly sorting a date for my boiler service and to look at a problem. Greg was very friendly, had no problem in explaining how things worked and what he was doing and why. Came fully prepared with dust-sheet etc and left everything clean. When I had a slight after-problem he immediately rang me back and came to fix a simple o-ring which fixed it. I received an immediate print out of my boiler' s performance, receipt for my payment, and an invoice was emailed on the spot. Very impressed.
